The magic begins in our Madrid office, where our design team draws inspiration from iconic models of the past while observing how other markets and cultures think in the present.
Materials
Always the best materials from specialists in their field
Our acetates come from Mazzucchelli in Castiglione, Italy, a reference since 1849 in the production of acetates of the highest quality and durability. They are made from recycled cotton fiber and dyed in thousands of colors.
Metal components such as hinges, core and safety screws are made of top quality stainless steel.
Type of crystals
Monofocals
With a single prescription for the entire lens. They are used to correct any ametropia (myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism)
Progressive
With different prescriptions in a single lens. Progressive lenses are the recommended lenses for people who suffer from presbyopia (tired eyes) and who need to see better at different distances. You can find out more about progressive lenses here. Do you have a high prescription?
Our lenses come in different thicknesses and indexes (1.5, 1.6, 1.67 and 1.74) for different prescriptions. If you have a higher prescription, we will choose the thinnest lenses with the highest index possible.
Treatments
Anti-reflective
It is applied to the surface of the glass to prevent light from being reflected, thus improving image quality, improving eye fatigue and eliminating glare.
Non-stick
The non-stick coating repels water and grease, causing drops to roll off the lens and keeping it clear. It also makes cleaning easier and protects against dirt.
Anti-scratch
Anti-scratch treatment is the final layer that hardens the glass to provide maximum protection against scratches.
